Imagine a future where you lead a finance partnering team for a key part of our Bioenergy business, helping connect operational performance, commercial decisions, and long-term value creation.
You'll be part of Asset Finance Partners where you, together with your colleagues, will provide finance business partnering to our Bioenergy organisation. The team supports Operations and Customers & Markets with performance insight, reporting, forecasting, and financial input to operational and commercial decisions.
As a team, we work closely with the business, bring clear financial insight into complex decisions, and support each other in creating impact across functions.
You'll play an important role in
- leading a team of six finance business partners and business controllers, supporting their performance, development, and delivery
- acting as the primary finance business partner to the Head of Operations in Bioenergy, bringing financial insight into operational decisions
- overseeing monthly reporting, forecasting support, and OPEX-related activities across the business area
- driving a strong understanding of EBITDA-related performance drivers, including revenue, cost of goods sold, and fixed costs
- supporting Customers & Markets with financial input to commercial activities, trading, hedging, and fuel sourcing
- strengthening collaboration between Finance, Operations, and commercial teams to support clear priorities and sound decision-making.
To succeed in the role, you
- bring strong people leadership experience and enjoy developing teams in a business-facing finance environment
- have a solid finance background from finance, controlling, accounting, auditing, or equivalent experience
- understand financial performance drivers and can translate reporting and forecasting into clear business insight
- are confident partnering with senior stakeholders and can balance strategic priorities with operational detail
- can work across operational and commercial domains, connecting financial analysis with business decisions
- communicate clearly, build trust across functions, and create alignment in a changing business context.

Position salary range
For this position, the base pay range is DKK66,000kr. - DKK100,000 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
