Deine Aufgaben

Aufbau des Einkaufscontrollings im GB ISW unter Einbeziehung der vorhandenen ERP-Landschaft
Durchführung des Einkaufsreportings sowie Berichterstattung an den Einkaufsleiter
Entwicklung und Pflege von KPI, Dashboards und Reports mit Hilfe von PowerBI und weiteren Tools
Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von Softwaretools, insb. PowerBI, ERP-Systeme etc.
Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Durchführung eines Maßnahmencontrollings sowie Projektmanagement (z.B. Nachhaltigkeit, Einsparungen etc.)
Mitwirkung bei der Erschließung von Prozessverbesserungen im Einkauf in Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen
Kommunikation und Austausch mit den regionalen Einkaufseinheiten und mit anderen Fachbereichen
Abstimmung des Einkaufscontrollings und der Sustainability-Anforderungen mit der zentralen Organisation

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, alternativ ein kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium z.B. in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Supply Chain Management, Controlling (auch Berufseinsteiger*innen)
Gutes Prozessverständnis im Einkauf sowie Interesse, sich intensiv in Einkaufsstrukturen und Steuerungsmechanismen einzuarbeiten
Erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PowerBI oder hohe Bereitschaft der fundierten Einarbeitung
Grundlegendes Verständnis für ERP-Systeme, idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP, Business Central oder anderen Systemen
Analytisches Denken, Affinität zu Zahlen
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Motivation, Strukturen neu aufzubauen und aktiv mitzugestalten
