Deine Rolle
Deine gewerblich-technische Ausbildung bei PFISTERER ist eine sogenannte „duale Ausbildung". Das heißt, du arbeitest zum Großteil in unserer Lehrwerkstatt, gehst aber auch regelmäßig in die Berufsschule. In der Werkstatt lernst Du verschiedenste Maschinen zu bedienen, bearbeitest unterschiedliche Werkstoffe wie Stahl, Aluminium und Kunststoff und lernst auf den 1000stel Millimeter genau zu arbeiten.
Neben der Zeit in der Firma hast Du Blockunterricht in der Berufsschule. Dort lernst Du das relevante theoretische Wissen, um Deine Arbeit praktisch noch besser machen zu können.
