Rattaché au Chef d'agence d' Albioma Solaire Mayotte, il aura la charge d'animer et de mener une stratégie de "Business Développement" afin de d'accroitre l'activité des projets photovoltaïques sur le territoire.

Garant de la performance commerciale sur son périmètre d'activité. Il interagit avec les chefs de projets pour les études techniques, l'accompagnement lors de construction et le personnel d'exploitation pour la gestion des relations avec les propriétaires.

Missions principales

  • Prospection et identification de nouveaux projets solaire sur la Zone Mayotte
  • Négociation et obtention des contrats pour la maitrise foncière de ces projets
  • Pilotage et coordination des études techniques et environnementales nécessaires au développement des projets
  • Relations et concertation avec les différents acteurs des projets EnR : institutions (administrations et services de l'Etat), Collectivités Territoriales, élus, propriétaires fonciers et associations
  • Dépôt des demandes d'autorisation administrative (Permis de construire, ICPE, autorisations environnementales ...) et suivi de leur instruction avec les services de l'Etat
  • Suivi de l'avancement des différentes phases jusqu'à l'obtention des autorisations
  • Montage, dépôt et suivi de dossier de demandes de subventions
  • Réponse aux appels d'offres de la CRE et dépôt de projets en Obligation d'achat suivant les arrêtés en vigueur
  • Pilotage d'affaires d'installations et d'optimisation de centrales photovoltaïques de 100 à 500KVA (volets administratif, technique et relationnel)
  • Suivi budgétaire
  • Veille réglementaire de son champ d'activité

Participer au système de management QSE et travaille dans le cadre des normes qualités, sécurité et environnement en vigueur dans l'entreprise

Profil recherché

Niveau de formation et expérience

  • Niveau Bac+3 / Bac+5, profil ingénieur/commercial/urbanisme/environnement.
  • Expérience du secteur Solaire de 2/3 ans minimum

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience dans le développement de projets ENR
  • Bonne connaissance du tissu économique local et des acteurs publics
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques des installations solaires

Qualités attendues

  • Pro activité, capacité d'analyse
  • Capacité d'organisation, autonomie, sens des priorités
  • Bon relationnel et dynamisme
  • Appétence pour la technique comme le commercial
  • Une connaissance du marché EnR sur Mayotte serait un plus
