In our optimized CIP Platform, CIP Fund Solutions - platform delivery company providing complex fund management and investment services - is currently looking for an Intern, Finance to join our office in Manila, Philippines
Team
As Intern our Finance team, you will support the Finance Team . The Finance Team is currently based in BGC, Taguig and oversees the financial requirements of multiple offshore wind and solar and onshore wind projects. The team is responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to financial operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, treasury, and bank transactions) and financial reporting.
Role
As our Intern you will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager. The team handles all finance and accounting functions, including general accounting, management control and reporting, finance operations (e.g., treasury, receivables, payables), and taxation.
More specifically, your you will be responsible for assisting on the daily internal requirements as well as external reportorial requirements of the Team.
Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and tax documents.
- Helping with daily finance operations tasks, such as data entry, filing, payment processing, and maintaining financial records.
- Participating in audits and other assigned accounting duties.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and report preparation.
- Preparing reports for management and functional leads.
- Handling confidential information with integrity.
You
We are looking for candidates pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or a related accounting or finance course, with a broad understanding of finance and accounting, including finance operations, management reporting, audit, general accounting, and taxation.
Moreover, you are a motivated and engaged individual who thrives in a highly productive and ingenious workspace.
