We are looking for an analytical, technical and hands-on Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing Manager to manage the digital marketing infrastructure that supports Tigo Energy worldwide. You will be responsible for the systems, processes, data, reporting, analytics, automation and digital platforms that enable marketing programs to operate efficiently and generate measurable business results.
You will work cross-functionally to manage platforms, improve the quality and accessibility of data, automate processes and provide visibility into company performance using analytics to drive decision-making. This role will also own Tigo's global website and MARTECH stack. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable building a dashboard in Excel, creating a HubSpot workflow, improving a Webflow page, troubleshooting a Zapier integration and analyzing marketing performance. The primary measures of success for this role are lead generation and conversion, web metrics, and report quality.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve Tigo's marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Airtable and other digital platforms.
- Manage the Tigo website, including forms, localization, analytics, integrations, SEO and ongoing improvements to website performance and conversion.
- Manage HubSpot marketing automation, including email campaigns, nurture programs, segmentation, lists, workflows and lead management processes.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to improve lead flow, lead quality, campaign tracking and integration between marketing platforms and Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and provide the analytics to measure customers, demand generation, website, campaigns, and lead conversion.
- Create and maintain automated workflows and system integrations using AI and traditional tools to improve productivity and increase data quality.
- Manage digital tools used to support installer programs, including online calculators, QR code tracking and other interactive digital experiences.
- Explore and implement practical uses of AI and automation.
Requirements
- This role requires working daily out of the Los Gatos, California office.
- 5+ years of marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing automation or related experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Information Systems.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce, is required.
- Experience managing websites and content management with Webflow required.
- Strong experience with marketing analytics, dashboards and Excel, with the ability to combine data from multiple sources and translate into action.
- Experience with Google Analytics, marketing attribution, campaign tracking and website conversion measurement is required.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve marketing productivity, automation, analysis and execution is desired.
- Experience in B2B technology, energy, solar or other technically complex industries is desired.
- Work cross-culturally with the team in Asia, North America, Europe and Israel.
