Job Description

We are looking for a creative, technically curious and collaborative Product Marketing & Creative Manager to develop the product marketing content and creative assets that support Tigo Energy's worldwide marketing and sales organizations. You will translate Tigo's products, technology and customer value propositions into compelling, easy-to-understand messaging, presentations, graphics, product imagery and sales tools.

You will work across product management, sales, customer success and worldwide marketing to support launches and campaigns across Tigo's residential and C&I solar businesses. This is a hands-on role requiring someone comfortable developing a product presentation, creating campaign content (text, imagery, video), and working with technical teams to turn complex capabilities into customer benefits. The successful candidate will combine strong product marketing skills with creative execution and project management. The primary measures of success for this role are product launch execution, sales enablement, quality and consistency of creative content, speed of content production and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to understand product capabilities, customer needs and market requirements and translate them into effective marketing content.
  • Develop positioning, value propositions and messaging that communicate Tigo's differentiated value to installers and system owners.
  • Support product launches worldwide with marketing assets.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials and tools.
  • Create and coordinate product imagery, graphics, diagrams and other visual assets using tools such as KeyShot, Affinity, Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Ensure Tigo's brand, messaging and visual identity are consistently represented.
  • Support webinars, tradeshows, conferences and other marketing programs by developing presentations, graphics, demonstrations and supporting content.
  • Explore and implement practical uses of AI to accelerate content development, creative production, and marketing workflows.

Requirements

  • This role requires working daily out of the Los Gatos, California office.
  • 5+ years of product marketing, marketing communications, creative marketing or related experience for technical B2B products is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or Engineering required.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products and capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value propositions and marketing messages.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and demonstrated ability to develop compelling visual presentations are required.
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Affinity, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, KeyShot or similar platforms is desired.
  • Experience in solar, energy, power electronics, hardware/software technology or other technically complex B2B industries is desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, sales teams and other technical subject matter experts.
