PEAK Wind is seeking a O&M Contract Manager who is motivated to create value through strong contract ownership, supplier performance management, and commercial oversight of offshore wind operations.

You will join our APAC team, where we collaborate to support renewable energy projects across the region. You will work closely with the Operations & Maintenance organisation to support the commercial management of major offshore wind assets in Taiwan. In this role, you will collaborate with technical specialists, operations teams, and service providers to ensure effective contract governance and contractor performance management.

How You Will Make an Impact

As an O&M Contract Manager, you will contribute directly to the safe, reliable, and commercially optimised operation of the wind farm. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage O&M service agreements and ensure contract compliance.
  • Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and service requirements.
  • Drive contractor performance to support asset availability and reliability targets.
  • Manage contract variations, warranties, claims, and commercial issues.
  • Resolve contractor performance issues and contractual disputes.
  • Identify and mitigate contractor and supply chain risks.
  • Maintain contract registers and governance processes.
  • Support commercial reporting and contract performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams on contract-related matters.
  • Support in optimising systems, processes and frameworks within the commercial management team.
