Estamos en búsqueda de un TÉCNICO MECÁNICO DE FIELD SERVICE, 4 TIEMPOS para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo de servicios en campo. Como TÉCNICO MECÁNICO DE FIELD SERVICE, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en la realización de mantenimientos en motores 4 tiempos.
Ubicación: Es requisito que el candidato resida en Buenos Aires - Argentina
Esta posición implica estar viajando constantemente por periodos extensos de 20 a 40 días, sin embargo los periodos de viaje son variables
Responsabilidades Principales
- Realizar reparaciones rutinarias en equipos dañados mediante mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo para asegurar el funcionamiento adecuado de las máquinas.
- Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos según las instrucciones de los manuales, evitando así futuros problemas con los equipos.
- Utilizar herramientas eléctricas, neumáticas, hidráulicas y mecánicas (taladros, martillos, esmeriles, multiplicadores, llaves dinamométricas, soldadores, equipos de elevación, bombas y gatos hidráulicos) para llevar a cabo el mantenimiento necesario.
- Colaborar con el líder en la preparación y organización de los servicios, incluyendo la disposición de herramientas y material necesario para el mantenimiento, y el programa de servicio.
- Garantizar el cuidado de las herramientas y equipos bajo su responsabilidad, así como mantener la limpieza, organización e higiene de las áreas relacionadas con los procesos.
Requisitos
- Estudios técnicos en Mecánica o Electromecánica.
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en el mantenimiento y reparación de motores de 4 tiempos utilizados en la generación de energía.
- Conocimiento en motores, turbocargadores, bombas, intercambiadores de calor, sistemas de combustible, sistemas de lubricación y sistemas de refrigeración.
- Familiaridad con procedimientos de mantenimiento.
- Competencia en el manejo de herramientas e inspección dimensional de componentes mecánicos.
- Habilidad en el uso de herramientas hidráulicas.
