Imagine a future where you lead the safe and reliable operation of critical high-voltage transmission assets, helping to keep offshore wind infrastructure performing at its best while championing a strong safety culture.

You'll be part of the Farshore Transmission team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of transmission assets supporting offshore wind generation. You'll work closely with HV specialists, technicians, contractors, and operational stakeholders to deliver maintenance campaigns, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvement across our East Coast assets.

You'll play an important role in

  • providing safety and operational guidance to HV Specialists and HV Technicians, including toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
  • coordinating maintenance campaigns and operational activities together with the Farshore Transmission Manager.
  • delivering fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance, and operational support to maintain asset performance.
  • monitoring contractor performance, maintaining operational trackers, and supporting contractual compliance.
  • conducting offshore process confirmations and safety walkdowns to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • managing the daily execution of work schedules and deputising for the Farshore Transmission Manager when required.

To succeed in the role, you

  • have experience working with high-voltage electrical assets in a safety-critical environment.
  • have knowledge of SAP processes, task lists, Scheduling Cockpit, SMC, and SOMS.
  • have supervisory experience, or equivalent experience leading and coordinating operational activities.
  • can support and develop colleagues while promoting a positive safety culture.
  • communicate clearly and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • are proactive, solution-focused, and motivated to drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
