What you will do
The Asset Operations & Management Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and operation of company assets to maximize availability and efficiency. Works under guidance to analyze asset performance, support cost control efforts, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Assists with resource allocation and collaborates with stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
- Assist in preparing and controlling operational budgets and resource allocation.
- Support compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations in daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to facilitate smooth asset operations.
- Contribute to process optimization and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Participate actively in knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.
- Application/Management of HSE rules and internal EDPR procedures as well as regulatory and ICPE compliance.
- Supervision of the various subcontractor activity and management of on-site interventions.
- Management of the operation under EDPR responsibility (substation, legal inspection, met mast, ...).
- Follow EDPR O&M model (yearly contractual planning, monthly meeting with subcontractor, weekly planning, maintenance plan, ...).
Regular site inspections (average 1 day/week).
- Monitoring of wind farm performance.
Fleet reporting in compliance with EDPR internal procedures.
- Relationship management with maintenance companies, equipment manufacturers, grid supplier and other technical subcontractors.
Punctual contact with local partners, including landowners and farmers, with the support of the Asset Management team.
- Participate to Audits ICPE (DREAL), HSE (internal or external) as EDPR support.
Follow up of the windfarm and PV Plants annual budget.
- Participate to duty call rotation.
- Grid management with Enedis.
- Creating and following purchase order.
- Creating quality inspection reports.

What are we looking for
University degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Preferably previous experience in asset management principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
