We are looking for a Development Manager to join our Product Management team and contribute to the development of innovative and valuable solutions for our customers.

In this role, you will work closely with development teams and stakeholders across the organization to identify, shape, and coordinate development projects. You will help ensure that the solutions we develop are scalable, commercially relevant, and compliant with data security requirements.

The role combines technology, research, product development, and business understanding and is well suited for someone who enjoys turning ideas and research into solutions that create real customer value.

What you will do

  • Coordinate and contribute to development projects from planning through execution.
  • Identify and prepare new development projects and contribute to project bids and applications.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to externally funded development projects.
  • Collaborate across the organization to identify development opportunities that provide the greatest value for the business and our customers.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are scalable and meet relevant data security requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders involved in development and research projects.
  • Help translate research, technology, and new ideas into practical solutions and business opportunities.

You will work closely with other Development Managers and our development teams, as well as Product Management and other stakeholders across the organization. Depending on the project, you will also collaborate with external partners and stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

Education

  • Master's degree or higher in a technical field is preferred, but not required.

Experience

  • Knowledge of energy markets.
  • Experience with research and development projects.
  • Experience in designing and developing solutions.
  • Experience working with technology-powered products, for example as a product designer, engineer, data analyst, or data scientist.
  • Experience with externally funded projects and AI is an advantage.

Personal skills

  • Self-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Genuine interest in technology, energy markets, and the domain.
  • Good business understanding and the ability to recognize when research or technical findings can be translated into business value.
