Your Role
- Recruitment - co-creating recruitment strategies, participating in interviews and negotiating contracts with candidates;
- Onborading - helping new employees integrate into the team and organization.
- Resolving disputes among employees and fostering harmonious relationships within the team.
- Monitoring HR indicators and reporting results.
- Implementing HR policies and procedures, including ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Developing organizational culture - supporting organizational culture and company values.
- Implementing projects related to staff development, training or reorganization.
- Preparing reports and recommendations for management.
- Keeping abreast of trends and news in the field of human resources management.
- Supervision of subordinate employees and cooperation with external suppliers.

Requirements & Experience
- University education welcome related to human resource management, labor psychology, business management or related fields.
- Experience: min. 3 years in a position of similar responsibility.
- Very good oral and written knowledge of Polish and English.
- Interpersonal skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Knowledge of personnel management, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals and employee development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, plan activities and operate effectively.
