Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von FEM-Berechnungen für Maschinen- und Stahlbaukomponenten
  • Erstellung von Festigkeits-, Ermüdungs-, Stabilitäts- und Kontaktanalysen
  • Entwicklung und Validierung numerischer Modelle für Offshore-Rammhämmer
  • Analyse komplexer Lastfälle aus Betrieb, Transport und Handling
  • Bewertung von Stahl-, Schweiß-, Guss- und Schraubenkonstruktionen nach relevanten Normen
  • Durchführung von Schadensanalysen und Root-Cause-Untersuchungen
  • Erstellung technischer Berichte und Nachweisdokumentationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung von DNV-, CE- und weiteren Zertifizierungsprozessen
  • Technische Bewertung von Kundenanfragen und Fertigungsabweichungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Schiffbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der numerischen Simulation und Strukturmechanik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Finite-Elemente-Methode (FEM) sowie sicherer Umgang mit ANSYS oder vergleichbarer Software
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Festigkeitslehre, Werkstofftechnik und Schweißkonstruktionen
  • Erfahrung mit Ermüdungsfestigkeits- und Lebensdaueranalysen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Regelwerke (z. B. DNV, FKM, VDI 2230, Eurocode)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Erfahrung im Offshore-, Marine-, Schwerlast- oder Anlagenbau ist wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in dynamischen Simulationen und Impact-Berechnungen
  • Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit Hydrauliksystemen
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Python oder MATLAB sind ein Plus
