Backbone of our manufacturing success
As a Production Planner, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role is vital in coordinating various aspects of production to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and optimize resources.
Your tasks will include
- Machine planning in injection molding production, along with control and detailed planning of production orders via SAP.
- Tracking and monitoring production quantities and deadlines, adjusting the production schedule as needed.
- Planning the supply of external and internal control components.
- Scheduling samples of new tools and coordinating preventive maintenance with specialist departments.
In this role, you will support the creation and tracking of delivery schedules for project orders, monitor production inventories, and clarify any inventory deviations. You'll assist with the annual cut-off date inventory, correct minus lists and incorrect postings in SAP, and maintain SAP master data, including security stocks, lot sizes, and parts lists. Additionally, you'll accompany and support the audits and participate in various projects aimed at optimizing our internal and external supply chain.
Your profile should include
- Completed subject-specific vocational training of at least three years.
- Several years of professional experience and additional specialized further training.
- Extensive professional experience in production planning and proficiency in SAP, particularly in the context of production planning, are essential.
- A high level of commitment, with an independent and structured approach to work, is crucial.
- Fluent in both German and English
