The role

We are looking for a student to join our Customer Support Team (20-25 hours/week). In this role, you will support our customers in their daily use of Volue's software solutions, helping to resolve technical issues and ensuring a great customer experience. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies, customer support processes, and software delivery while working alongside experienced colleagues in an international environment.

What you will do to make a difference

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Analyse, track, and resolve Service Desk requests independently and efficiently.
  • Support customers using our SaaS cloud platform as well as on-premises solutions, including web services and Docker-based installations.
  • Act a the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to investigate issues, provide feedback, and contribute to product improvements.

What you need to succeed

  • Studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Enjoy working directly with customers and solving complex problems through analytical thinking.
  • Interest in cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS, as well as web services and modern software environments.
  • Understanding of software development processes and agile ways of working is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and outcomes.
  • Fluent German language skills with strong communication abilities.
