Deine Aufgaben
- Operative Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses von der Bedarfsmeldung bis zur Lieferung
- Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten sowie Erstellung von Bestellungen
- Betreuung und Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Liefermengen
- Klärung von Lieferabweichungen, Fehlmengen und Reklamationen
- Pflege von Lieferanten-, Artikel- und Einkaufsstammdaten im ERP-System
- Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Produktion, Technik, Lager und Projektmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Bewertung von Lieferanten
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen und Einkaufskosten
- Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Materialversorgung

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Einkauf
- Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Maschinenbau
- Gute technische Auffassungsgabe und Interesse an elektrotechnischen Produkten und Komponenten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
