We are currently looking for a new colleague, who would join the HR team and help us take care of our people, where you'll be responsible for administration of work relations. If that speaks to you, we'd be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by

  • Participating in WORKDAY system implementation / RPA, AI or other projects
  • Performing WORKDAY system testing after implemented changes in the PL/LV/EE areas HR field
  • Ensuring smooth procedures of hiring and support of personnel (managing documentation, communication with future and new employees, etc.)
  • Initiating, implementing, and executing the creation and harmonization of PL/LV/EE processes abroad according to the LT standard, as well as their continuous improvement and digitalization
  • Working with HR documents in English on the daily basis
  • Developing, reviewing HR administration processes with a view to automating them, making them more efficient and improving the employee experience.

Required for this position

  • Experience with working/implementing and launching WORKDAY system
  • University degree (business, law or HR)
  • 2+ year of experience working within human resources for large organizations
  • Proficiency in English
  • Analytic and result-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and creativity
  • Experience in a rapidly developing environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
