Mission
Notre Départment Développement France recherche pour son bureau de Paris un(e) Stagiaire Chef de Projet afin de renforcer l'équipe Développement Data Center France.
Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Développement Data Center France, le/la stagiaire interviendra en support sur les activités de prospection commerciale et de structuration de notre reporting afin d'accompagner la croissance du portefeuille et gagner en efficacité sur le suivi des opportunités.
Les principales missions seront :
Soutien au développement commercial
- Réaliser des analyses de marché sur le secteur des data centers en France pour analyser les grandes tendances ;
- Cartographier les acteurs clés (clients, développeurs, foncières, collectivités, gestionnaires de réseau) ;
- Participer à l'identification de clients potentiels ;
- Participer à l'élaboration de dossiers de réponse aux AMI des collectivités et industriels.
Gestion du pipeline
- Mettre à jour les bases de données et outils de suivi des projets (statut foncier, statut raccordement, suivi des dépenses, etc.) ;
- Produire des tableaux de bord et indicateurs de suivi pour les instances mensuelles de pilotage des projets ;
- Assurer le suivi documentaire des dossiers en lien avec les chefs de projet en charge du développement des projets ;
- Identifier et mettre en place de nouvelles méthodes et stratégies de prospection.
Veille stratégique
- Assurer une veille continue sur le marché des data centers ;
- Suivre l'évolution des besoins des opérateurs et investisseurs ;
- Identifier les tendances technologiques et réglementaires.

Profile
Le/la candidat(e) aura besoin des compétences et expériences suivantes pour réussir dans ce poste :
- Formation niveau bac+5 au sein d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieur, ou d'une formation en aménagement du territoire / sciences politiques, avec de préférence une spécialisation dans les énergies renouvelables, l'environnement ou le management de projet ;
- Aisance relationnelle avec tout type d'interlocuteur, excellente expression orale et écrite et appétences pour la négociation ;
- Fortement motivé(e) à travailler dans un environnement dynamique aux multiples facettes, vous êtes organisé(e), ouvert(e) d'esprit et autonome ;
- Solides capacités analytiques, forte capacité d'adaptation, efficacité ;
- La connaissance du monde agricole et/ou des territoires concernés est un plus ;
- Anglais lu et écrit.
