- Monitor and assess new legal, regulatory, and customer requirements relevant to the business
- Evaluate applicability, conduct compliance gap assessments, and support implementation of corrective actions
- Facilitate cross-functional projects to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Maintain and further develop the company's Compliance & ESG framework in collaboration with management and relevant Group functions
- Lead the annual ESG reporting process, including reporting structure, data collection, quality assurance, and drafting of sustainability disclosures
- Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and governance processes related to ESG and compliance
- Promote awareness of compliance and ESG topics through training, guidance, and stakeholder engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the organization on compliance and sustainability-related matters
As part of the team, we imagine that you
- Are self-driven, structured, and capable of delivering high-quality results with a high degree of autonomy
- Have a relevant academic background within law, sustainability, business, economics, political science, or a related discipline. However, relevant experience and a demonstrated ability to drive compliance and ESG initiatives are more important than a specific educational background
- Have knowledge about Green House Gas Inventories and CO2-related regulations, Supply Chain Due Diligence and/or Responsible Business Practices is highly desirable
- Have experience working with compliance, ESG, reporting, risk management, governance, or similar disciplines including interpreting legal, regulatory, or customer requirements and translating them into practical business actions by being pragmatic and business-oriented while maintaining a strong compliance mindset
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy working across functions and organizational levels
