Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy d.o.o. as an Executive Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) at Siemens Energy, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting smooth operations of our global organization and effective communication within our team. You will act as a trusted partner, managing priorities, communications, and key interactions across internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will support leadership coordination, strategic initiatives, organizational activities, and executive communications across a global business environment. This global role will be based in our Sarajevo facility and occasional travel may be required. How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide executive, administrative, and organizational support to the SVP and the Leadership Team, including calendar management and coordination of complex internal and external meetings across multiple regions and time zones.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the SVP Office, ensuring timely communication and alignment across global teams.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, management reviews, action tracking, and follow-up activities, ensuring effective communication between management, teams, suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare management presentations, reports, executive communications, decision-support materials, and leadership information packages with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update organizational charts, leadership dashboards, distribution lists, business data, and other relevant organizational documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for leadership offsites, strategy workshops, customer events, management meetings, conferences, university events, and business summits, while handling confidential business, organizational, and personnel matters with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or alternatively a completed apprenticeship as an office clerk or similar qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role supporting senior leaders, executives, leadership teams, or management functions within an international business environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones while working independently and collaboratively within global teams.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment or supporting a global, multinational organization, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Discreet and professional, with a high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and confidence using digital tools, software, Outlook, and networked PCs, together with excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
