Job description
Collaborates with Internal Communications, External Communications and Creative teams to ensure project resources, objectives and outcomes are clearly defined, organized and successfully delivered. Gains alignment on project objectives, scope, timing and resources. Ensures processes are documented and/or process docs are updated. Schedules, manages and leads meetings event or project meetings. Meets with project or event leads regularly. Provides regular updates on project status, risks and milestones Meets with department leadership to regularly assess team capacity, tools, processes and performance. Provides visibility to project progress, obstacles and challenges.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required if candidate has deep and varied experience.
- Experience needed: Three years of project management experience. Events project management experience preferred.

- Ability to work hybrid (2 days in office).
- Ability to work a temporary role until April 2027.

$75,553.00 - $109,552.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
