Ihre Aufgaben
- Begleitung von Offshore Monopile Anfragen - von der Präqualifizierung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Präqualifizierungen, Anfragen und Kundenausschreibungen sowie Erstellung kompletter Angebote und Beantwortung von Kundenfragen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Angebotspräsentationen und Clarification Meetings
- Verhandlungen und Kommunikation mit Kunden (gemeinsam mit Leiter Vertrieb und den internen Fachbereichen)
- allgemeine Kundenbetreuung während der Akquise
- Stellvertretung des Leiters Vertrieb
- Zeit- und Risikomanagement
- Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses in der Anfragebearbeitung
- Koordination der Anfragedokumentation und -kommunikation
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Bauingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische oder ingenieurmäßige Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position (bevorzugt Maritim oder Offshore-Bereich)
- Verantwortungsbewusste Führungspersönlichkeit
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
- Moderations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
