Leiter Schweißtechnik im Bereich Qualität und Schweißtechnik bei Steelwind (m/w/d)
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereiches Schweißtechnik und ZfP
- Verantwortung für den Bereich der Schweißaufsicht gemäß DIN EN 1090-2
- Mitverantwortung sowie Führung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse
- Ansprechpartner für schweißtechnische und prüftechnische Kundenanfragen
- Technische Klärung aller relevanten Nahtstellen für den Bereich Schweißtechnik und ZfP
- Unterstützung und Ausarbeitung technischer Inhalte in Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt- und Technical Clarification Management
- Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierung im Fachbereich
- Projektspezifische Ausarbeitung aller relevanten Vorgaben aus Kundenverträgen
IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar)
- Schweißtechnische Ausbildung (Schweißfachingenieur)
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Gute Kenntnisse der ZfP, insbesondere im Bereich Ultraschallprüfung (UT)
- Erfahrung im Unterpulverschweißen (UP) sowie in automatisierten Fertigungsprozessen
- Ausgeprägte lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
- Fähigkeit zur parallelen Koordinierung und Bearbeitung mehrerer Themengebiete
- Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Hohe Sensibilität für Arbeitssicherheit
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
