Wie sieht dein Arbeitsalltag aus?

In deiner Rolle als Senior Project Installation Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer nationaler und internationaler DC- und AC-Projekte auf der Baustelle. Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Bauleiter, Monteure, Subunternehmer und weitere Stakeholder vertrittst du NKT vor Ort und stellst die erfolgreiche, sichere und termingerechte Durchführung der Installationsarbeiten sicher. Du verantwortest die Entwicklung und Überwachung von Termin-, Ressourcen- und Ausführungsplänen, führst Installationsteams fachlich an und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Best Practices. Weitere Aufgaben sind:

  • Gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung der Kabellege- und Montagearbeiten für komplexe Hochspannungsprojekte sowie Leitung regelmäßiger Projekt- und Baustellenbesprechungen
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der HSE-Standards auf der Baustelle, einschließlich Risikomanagement, Sicherheitskultur und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Verantwortung für die Qualitäts- und Compliance-Anforderungen des Projekts sowie Begleitung von Audits und Steuerung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Führung, Koordination und Entwicklung von Projektteams, Subunternehmern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten während der Installationsphase
  • Verantwortung für Termin-, Kosten- und Ressourcensteuerung der Installationsarbeiten einschließlich Forecasting, Risikobewertung und Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Engineering, Beschaffung und Projektmanagement zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung strategisch wichtiger Projekte sowie Unterstützung bei Angebots- und Vertragsbewertungen
