Job description

Your duties

Hello and a warm welcome from all of us here at Sungrow!

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager - Benelux to support and grow our C&I and Residential business by combining technical expertise with strong partner relationships. Sitting between technical sales and partner success, you'll help our customers and partners choose the right solutions, build confidence in our technology, and turn great technical support into long-term business success.

Curious what that looks like in practice? Let's dive right in: - Act as a trusted technical and commercial partner for customers, distributors, installers, and other relevant partners across our C&I and Residential PV business.

  • Support partners with solution design, product selection, technical consultations, and pre-sales guidance, helping identify the right Sungrow solutions for their applications.
  • Develop strong, long-term partner relationships by understanding business needs, following up on technical and commercial topics, and proactively identifying opportunities for further cooperation.
  • Enable partners through product presentations, technical training, workshops, and knowledge sharing, helping them confidently position and work with our solutions.
  • Gather structured feedback on products, technical requirements, market trends, and competitor solutions, sharing relevant insights with our product, sales, service, and technical teams.
  • Work closely with sales, service, product, marketing, and distribution colleagues to create a smooth partner journey from the first technical discussion through implementation and ongoing cooperation.

Your profile

  • Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solution engineering, partner success, customer success, or technical account management, ideally within solar PV, energy storage, electrical equipment, or power electronics.
  • Good understanding of solar PV systems and inverter technology, with knowledge of Residential and/or C&I applications; experience with energy storage solutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and commercially focused partners.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify partner needs, solve problems, and turn technical expertise into long-term customer value.
