The Logistics Specialist assists the E&C department in the logistics planning and execution of equipment supply contracts. This comprehends the planning and budgeting in line with the companies Supply Chain strategy, and the monitoring and managing during the execution phase for the OTIF delivery of the equipment to the project location. The role will act on a daily basis as key contact between internal customers & stakeholders, suppliers and third parties, such as EPC contractors, freight forwarders, customs agencies (among others).

The operational scope comprehends since the supplier factory to the project construction site, covering all necessary steps such as factory release processes and schedule control, multimodal international transport, customs clearance processes, warehouses, last mile delivery and on site delivery acceptance. Freight is essentially international, mostly seafreight and partially roadfreight, in FCL or FTL mode.

Desirable skills

  • Experience in International Project Cargo and/or Freight Forwarder. Specific minimum 5-year experience.
  • Extremely organized and structured mindset.
  • Multinational experience and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse regions and cultures.
  • Team player with an ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships.
  • Capability of managing huge volume of information.
