We’re thrilled to offer a unique opportunity within the renewable energy sector, focusing on the exciting and rapidly growing area of Energy Storage Systems (ESS). As an intern with Sungrow, you’ll dive into the technical sales side of ESS, developing skills and insights that will support a global shift toward cleaner, more sustainable energy.
Your Role
As an ESS Sales Engineer Intern, you’ll support our technical sales team with a range of tasks critical to the success of our ESS projects across Sweden. Working closely with engineers, project managers, and sales teams, you’ll play a key role in preparing technical offers, conducting market analysis, and enhancing sales processes. Here’s a closer look at what your day-to-day might involve:
- Assist in preparing technical offers for ESS solutions, tailoring configurations and specifications to meet client needs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to help the team identify key trends and emerging opportunities in the ESS market.
- Support in the creation of technical documentation, including proposal drafts and client presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that technical requirements are well-aligned with sales objectives.
- Contribute to customer meetings and sales presentations, offering technical insights to aid decision-making.
Your profile
If you’re ready to explore the world of clean energy from a sales perspective, we’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field such as Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related engineering degree with a focus on renewable energy.
- An interest in or basic understanding of ESS, battery technologies, power electronics, and renewable energy solutions.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and interpreting data.
- Collaborative and communicative, able to convey technical information in a way that supports sales objectives.
- English and Swedish at a C1 level.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or simulation software is a plus.
