Ihre Aufgaben
- Verwaltung und Pflege bestehender sowie Akquise neuer Servicepartner weltweit.
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Service und internen Ansprechpartnern.
- Bearbeitung und Prozessierung von Service-Aufträgen inklusive Datenerfassung in ERP- und CRM-Systemen.
- Analyse von Serviceberichten zur Optimierung und Auswertung der Partnerleistungen.
- Strategischer Aufbau, Auswahl und Ausbau des globalen Servicepartner-Netzwerks.

- Abgeschlossene technische / kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundenservice
- Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Freundliche, kundenorientierte Kommunikation am Telefon

- Englischkenntnisse
