Selbstständige Ausführung von Anfragen und Ausschreibungen, sowie einer detaillierten Auswertung
Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Vertragsverhandlungen
Ausarbeitung von Verträgen
Auswahl, Entwicklung und Management von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
Bestellabwicklung und Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Überwachung, Reporting und Controlling der Vertragsvereinbarungen
Pflege von einkaufsspezifischen Datenbanken, z.B. bezgl. Produktinformationen
Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Konditionen und internen Prozessen
Schnittstellenfunktion, Moderation zwischen Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
Rechnungsprüfung

Ihr berufliches Know-how

Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches/technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich der Photovoltaik
Grundlegende Fachkenntnisse von Komponenten und Dienstleistungen rund um die Erneuerbaren Energien sind von Vorteil
Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige und unternehmerische Denk- und Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, außerdem Monday Kenntnisse von wünschenswert
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
