Das erwartet Dich
Als Prozessmanager ERP (m/w/d) im Bereich „Prozesse & Applikationen“ spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft und unseres Prozessmanagementsystems. In enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen sorgst Du für die Standardisierung und Optimierung interner Abläufe und bekommst wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche. Deine Arbeit trägt maßgeblich dazu bei, Effizienz und Qualität unserer Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern.
Deine Aufgaben
- Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit internen Ansprechpartnern aus verschiedenen Fachabteilungen sowie mit externen Partnern
- Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Funktionen unserer ERP-Landschaft
- Dokumentation der Prozesse und Funktionen im Prozessmanagementsystem und Ausarbeitung von Schulungsunterlagen
- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen
Wen wir suchen
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement oder ERP-Beratung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS 365 und mind. einem ERP-System (z. B. Asseco APplus, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Kenntnisse einer Prozessmanagement-Software (z.B. Celonis PM) von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Prozessaffinität
- Begeisterung für die Digitalisierung von Prozessen
