Du möchtest die Energiewende aktiv mitgestalten? Als Product Manager (m/w/d) für Batteriespeicher und Ladeinfrastruktur entwickelst du innovative Lösungen rund um unsere industriellen Solardachanlagen. Du sorgst dafür, dass Speicher- und Ladelösungen perfekt in unsere Projekte integriert werden und begleitest den gesamten Prozess von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.

Deine Aufgaben

Identifikation, Qualifizierung und Betreuung von Anbietern für Batteriespeicher- und Ladeinfrastrukturlösungen
Definition und Weiterentwicklung von marktfähigen Lösungspaketen
Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses von Ausschreibung über Planung bis hin zur Umsetzung
Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei technischen Konzepten und Angeboten
Organisation von Schulungen und technischer Weiterbildung für Projektbeteiligte
Teilnahme an Fachmessen, Lieferantenbesuchen und Branchenevents zur Marktbeobachtung

Wen wir suchen

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Energiemanagement (Bachelor oder Master)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Planung oder Umsetzung elektrischer Systeme, idealerweise in den Bereichen erneuerbare Energien, Batteriespeicher oder Ladeinfrastruktur
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Batteriespeichertechnik, Elektromobilität, Energiemanagement
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer technischer Projekte, idealerweise mit agilen Methoden
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Tools zur Produktplanung oder Energiemanagement
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Unternehmerische Denkweise, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und starke Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
