Deine Aufgaben

Du prüfst Standardverträge und Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarungen und wirkst bei allgemeinen Vertragsgestaltungen sowie AGB-Prüfungen mit
Du bist zuständig für die Organisation rechtlicher Dokumente und Schriftsätze samt anschließender Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management bis hin zur Geschäftsführung
Du prüfst eingehende Anwaltsschreiben, bereitest den Sachverhalts auf und koordinierst intern
Du führst schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit renommierten Anwaltskanzleien sowie typischerweise Amts- und Landgerichten
Du bist verantwortlich für die Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Schadensfällen im internen System
Du recherchierst eigenständig zu Fragen, die die unterschiedlichsten Rechtsgebiete betreffen (u.a. Wirtschaftsrecht, Vertragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Baurecht, Datenschutz, Compliance)
Du unterstützt bei der Erarbeitung von Richtlinien und Prozessen in der Rechtsabteilung und wirkst mit bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen / konzerninternen Themen

Dein Profil

Du absolvierst ein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht im Bachelor oder Master
Du hast Interesse an verschiedenen rechtlichen Themengebieten (Wirtschaftsrecht, Vertragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Baurecht, Datenschutz, Compliance etc.) und hast wünschenswerterweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im juristischen Bereich
Du hast eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
Deine wöchentliche Verfügbarkeit beträgt 12-20 Stunden
