Job Description

As Manager Compensation & Benefits, you will be a key driver in shaping and executing our global reward strategy at BayWa r.e. Working closely with senior HR leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that our compensation and benefits structures are competitive, equitable, and future-oriented, supporting both our people and business goals.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and deliver strategic and operational global Compensation & Benefits initiatives.
  • Participate in international and national compensation benchmarks; analyze market data and trends to guide decisions.
  • Support the design and improvement of bonus structures and total reward frameworks, using modern HR tools and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize compensation processes and implement practical solutions.
  • Collaborate on evolving salary systems and employee benefits to align with business strategy and market standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compensation topics, supporting stakeholders and change management initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance/Controlling, or related field.
  • Proven Compensation & Benefits experience, ideally in an international corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • High reliability, quality awareness, and proactive problem-solving ability.
