Das erwartet Dich

Als Leiter Projektabwicklung übernimmst du die Budget- und Personalverantwortung für die Umsetzung von Erneuerbare-Energien-Anlagen (PV, BESS, Charging) auf internationaler Ebene. Im Tagesgeschäft stellst du mit deiner Expertise die erfolgreiche Abwicklung von EPC-Bauleistungen sicher und führst dein Team aus Projektleiter:innen und Bauleiter:innen bei der technischen Klärung, Umsetzung sowie Kostenanalyse und Optimierung unserer Projekte.

Deine Aufgaben

Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Aufbau des Teams in der Projektabwicklung (inkl. Recruiting und Einarbeitung)
Verantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Steuerung der Projekte - von technischer Klärung und Optimierung bis hin zur Kostenanalyse
Planung von Kapazitäten, Personaleinsatz und Budgets
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
Leitung des Partnermanagements, inklusive Qualifizierung und Weiterentwicklung von Nachunternehmern

Wen wir suchen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauwesen oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von EPC-Projekten, idealerweise im Bereich TGA, Anlagenbau oder Energietechnik (PV/Wind)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer internationalen Organisation
Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. MS Project) und BI-Anwendungen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Multi-Projektmanagement, ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke
