FairWind is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our NCE warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement. You will oversee all warehouse activities, including tools, equipment, PPE, and workwear, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and high-performing operations across multiple locations. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, and who is comfortable working in settings where established habits may need to be challenged to achieve better outcomes.
