FairWind is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our NCE warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values clarity and accountability, and is capable of guiding teams through evolving operational standards.

You will oversee all warehouse activities, including tools, equipment, PPE, and workwear, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and high-performing operations across multiple locations. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, and who is comfortable working in settings where established habits may need to be challenged to achieve better outcomes.

Your qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control
  • Budgeting and cost optimization experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Experience in process improvement and operational refinement
