Job Description
In Szczecin, we are looking for a Key Account Manager for Service Sales. You will grow KK Wind Solutions' service sales in your territory and customer segment, developing new opportunities and expanding smaller customers into larger accounts.
Responsibilities
As the primary contact for assigned global accounts, you ensure strong collaboration with purchasers and factory decision makers and deliver high customer satisfaction. You will drive account development through commercial ownership, identify technical opportunities, and support customers via in-depth technical dialogue. Therefore you will be responsible for:
- Sales budget for the appointed account(s)
- Topline and CR
- Follow up and ensure forecasts for running business
- Annual negotiations, contracts
- Global price setting towards the appointed accounts in close cooperation with the sales back office team
- Ensure to follow up on offers for appointed accounts
- Data entry into CRM - pipeline generation and maintenance
- Potential support for our selected distributors
- Participation in exhibitions and other relevant marketing events
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with the ability to translate business needs into product/service solutions
- Proven customer-facing experience in customer service and/or maintenance (required)
- Strong technical interest and curiosity to understand customer needs and support solution discussions
- Some knowledge within the electrical field is preferred, but we are primarily looking for a generalist rather than a specialist
- Engineering degree (or similar); exposure to electrical subjects is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)
- High ownership and pride in delivering quality, with a strong drive to complete tasks thoroughly
