Job Description
As Project Manager - Blades, you'll be the driving force behind complex blade service projects across Europe. You'll lead skilled technicians, collaborate with global teams, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
This is more than a job-it's a mission. You'll work alongside industry leaders like Ole Boes, shaping strategies and setting benchmarks for the entire sector.
Your qualifications
- EU citizenship is a must (due to project mobility requirements).
- Ideally based in Denmark or close to Szczecin, Poland for easy access to our offices and project sites.
- Proven experience in project management within wind energy (blade service experience is a big plus).
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and quality processes.
- Advanced English skills and ability to thrive in an international environment.
- Tech-savvy: MS Office, MS Project; GWO BST certification is a bonus.
- Leadership mindset: decisive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
