Job Description

As a Technical Project Lead - Service Engineer in Szczecin, you will provide engineering support for aftermarket components and custom solutions. You'll collaborate with colleagues from Denmark and North America to solve urgent challenges, ensuring turbines stay operational.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical aspects of customer projects, maintaining direct contact throughout all phases - from quotation to final FAT/FFF.
  • Implement and maintain Service Engineering processes for low-volume/high-variability projects, retrofits, re-engineering, and spare parts.
  • Design and document control and power systems, including Bill of Materials and work instruction.
  • Provide first-line technical support from the office.
  • Communicate directly with PM or directly with global customers, including wind turbine OEMs and developers.
  • Prepare designs and BOMs for handover to sales for their quotations.
  • Plan and execute design, production and documentation of smaller service products within cost and schedule, or collaborate with PM on larger service products.
  • Support production in Poland with service kits, prototypes, and obsolete panel rebuilds.
  • Develop structures and guidelines for Service Engineering tasks.
  • Participate in first-line technical support (email, shared mailbox, Jira) for sales, spare parts, production, and customer inquiries.

Our requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Electrical, Power and Control or Automation Engineering
  • Fluency in English.
  • Hands on approach and good mechanical understanding.
  • Strong customer service skills; international experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially ERP systems like D365) and Excel.
  • Knowledge of production setups in medium/large companies.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30 days/y to Denmark or customer site.
  • Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork skills, ability to build global relationships, structured and analytical approach, and openness to learning.
