Job Description
Construction Manager will lead and manage the entire construction scope of large-scale renewable energy projects in the Middle East region, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective execution in compliance with quality, contractual, and regulatory standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead construction execution of utility-scale solar/wind/BESS projects from mobilization to commissioning.
- Manage and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless construction planning and execution.
- Review and monitor construction schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE norms and implement best-in-class safety practices.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, local authorities, and third parties.
- Oversee site logistics, material management, and equipment mobilization.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly progress meetings and generate MIS reports.
- Proactively resolve site-level issues and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to budget and optimize cost control throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Manage commissioning handovers to O&M or testing teams.
- Drive productivity, quality, and culture of continuous improvement on-site.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience: 15+ Years.
- Proven track record of leading construction for renewable projects (100+ MW).
- Experience in Middle East projects and local regulations preferred.
- Familiarity with EPC & subcontractor interface management.
- Strong knowledge of international construction standards, project management tools (Primavera/MS Project), and QA/QC practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to relocate and work in remote site conditions within the Middle East region.
- Experience in hybrid or storage-integrated projects.
- Exposure to utility or government-backed renewable projects in GCC.
