Deine Aufgaben

Du bist als Teil unseres technischen Kundensupports im 2nd Level, die Stimme von Klarsolar und erster technischer Ansprechpartner für Neu- und Bestandskunden
Du begleitest unsere Kunden von Auftragseingang bis Inbetriebnahme der Anlage und darüber hinaus und stellst durch deinen Support nicht nur eine hohe Erreichbarkeit, technische Lösungen, sondern auch eine herausragende Servicequalität sicher
Du nimmst eingehende telefonische Anfragen und E-Mails eigenständig auf, analysierst technische Sachverhalte und koordinierst bei Bedarf die weitere Bearbeitung
Du dokumentierst die Anfragen in unserem Ticketsystem und bildest dadurch die Grundlage für eine professionelle Abwicklung im Sinne unserer SLAs
Du fundierst als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kunden und unseren operativen Abteilungen, wie z.B. Projektmanagement und sorgst somit für eine zügige interne Prozessabwicklung
Du erkennst frühzeitig potenzielle Probleme und bietest proaktive Lösungen an, um die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen

Dein Profil

Du kannst fundierte Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundenservice vorweisen, idealerweise im Privatkundenbereich in der Solarbranche und Anlagenbau, sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise aus, dabei steht für dich der Kunde immer an erster Stelle
Du beweist Professionalität im Umgang mit Kunden, sei es in Telefonaten oder im schriftlichen Kontakt, und lässt dich in anspruchsvollen Situationen nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
Du hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du bringst ein solides Grundverständnis für elektrische Anlagen und Netzwerktechnik mit und hast Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und Photovoltaikanlagen und möchtest aktiv die Energiewende vorantreiben
