Werde Teil unseres HR-Teams in Bremen als Personalreferent/ HR-Generalist (m/w/d)
Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns
- Du übernimmst die gesamte Bandbreite der Personalarbeit - von A wie Arbeitsvertrag bis Z wie Zeugnis
- Eigenverantwortlich erstellst du die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Kreis von Gehaltsempfängern
- In personalrelevanten Fragestellungen berätst du unsere Führungskräfte und hast für unsere Mitarbeitenden stets ein offenes Ohr bei allen Themen des Tagesgeschäfts
- Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse aktiv mit und bringst deine Ideen ins Team ein
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung - idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Operative HR-Themen gehst du mit Routine und Erfahrung an, dabei bereicherst du unser Team mit Kreativität und Engagement
- In der Entgeltabrechnung fühlst du dich sicher und hast idealerweise bereits mit DATEV/Lodas gearbeitet
- Mit deinen sicheren Kenntnissen im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht überzeugst du fachlich
- Gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
