Werde Teil unseres IT-Teams in Bremen als Teamleiter IT-Servicemanagement (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben bei uns
- Übernahme der Teamleitung unseres User Helpdesks (1st-Level-Support) mit aktuell 5 Teammitgliedern auf nationaler Ebene
- Optimierung und Steuerung der ITSM-Prozesse inklusive der Schnittstellen zu den einzelnen IT-Fachbereichen
- Verantwortung für die ITSM-Prozesse in der eingesetzten ITSM-Lösung auf Basis von Salesforce sowie deren kontinuierliche fachliche Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau
- Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden IT-Servicekatalogs und Aufbau von SLAs für interne und externe IT-Servicenehmer
- Erstellung von Reportings, Qualitätssicherung sowie Service- und Prozessoptimierung im IT-Betrieb anhand relevanter KPIs
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in operativen IT-Landschaften mit ca. 2.000 Endanwendern, mehreren internationalen Standorten und üblicher nachgelagerter IT-Infrastruktur
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Veränderungsprozesse zu planen, umzusetzen und überzeugend zu vertreten
- Leidenschaft für die Konzeption und das Design von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch gegenüber technischen Laien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Startup-Mentalität: Kundenorientierung, gelebte Agilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Hinterfragen von Routinen und Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe
- Interesse an regelmäßiger Weiterbildung
