In dieser Rolle leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Finanzarbeit unserer deutschen und schweizerischen Gesellschaften - insbesondere in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr, Rechnungsverarbeitung und Umsatzsteuer. Deine Arbeit unterstützt direkt unsere Mission und sorgt für ein transparentes und effizientes Finanzumfeld.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns
- Tägliche Buchführung und Verarbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen im ERP-System
- Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs an Lieferant:innen
- Prüfung und Buchung von Spesen- und Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Sicherstellung transparenter, prüfungssicherer Finanzunterlagen
- Kontenabstimmungen und Verwaltung von Währungsdifferenzen
- Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie internen Reports
- Vorbereitung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen und EU-Meldungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater:innen und Kolleg:innen aus anderen Teams
- Fachkundige Bearbeitung buchhalterischer Rückfragen
- Sorgfältige Pflege und Qualitätssicherung im ERP-System
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse
Das bringst du mit
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB, idealerweise erste Einblicke in IFRS
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 ist ein Plus
- Ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Spaß an Zusammenarbeit, klare Kommunikation und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - weitere Sprachen sind herzlich willkommen
