Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Operations Specialist to take ownership of all operational activities across the company (excluding Sales). Reporting directly to the management team, this role is responsible for outlining, structuring, improving, and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and control.

This is a key position within the organization, with high visibility and direct impact on performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map, analyze, and improve all operational workflows across departments.
  • Design and implement scalable operational structures to support company growth.
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance transparency and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure smooth execution of operational initiatives.
  • Optimize internal systems and support automation efforts in collaboration with IT and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director on operational excellence and business performance.

Profile & Requirements

  • Engineering background (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, or similar).
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Highly structured and process-oriented mindset.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Able to interact confidently across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in operations, consulting, trading environments, or fast-paced scale-ups is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting.
