Job Description

Encavis is building its daughter company Green Energy Supply (GES) into a modern power trading and supply unit that purchases electricity from solar and onshore wind parks and sells to the market and customers, while leveraging also leveraging the flexibility of the Encavis Battery Storage Fleet. Your mission is to shape and build the B2B origination for power supply products for customers in our European core markets. Together with your team, you will develop a new and digitalized sales funnel, bringing new supply products to the market. This effort will be greatly supported by our digitalization team.

Your sunny outlook

  • You will own the designing and testing of new supply products with customers and make sure the market gets to know about them;
  • You will be the driving force behind the digitalization of our Power Sales process, to ensure the scalability of this activity;
  • You will structure and negotiate short-term PPAs and supply agreemeents, supported by our Legal-, Project Finance-, and Energy Risk Management teams;
  • You will build relationships with new corporate customers and develop custom solutions to their needs.

  • You have a degree in business administration, economics, entrepreneurship or a comparable field;
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in B2B Power Sales, ideally in the European energy sector;
  • You have an existing network in at least one of the following markets: ESP, IT, GER;
  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of identification with renewable energy origination;
  • You are a strategic thinker who identifies trends in the energy sector, analyses data, and excels in power purchase negotiations to maximize profitability;
  • You have a growth mindset, take ownership of projects, and value collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals;
  • Excellent communication skills English enable you to successfully operate in an international environment.
