Unser breit aufgestelltes Expertenteam begleitet weltweit große Energieversorger und Projektentwickler auf ihrem Weg zur Transformation.

Deine Aufgaben

Für ein großes Infrastrukturprojekt (Multiterminal-Hub-Projekt) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d). Die Leistungserbringung ist ab sofort bis Ende 2027 mit einer Option auf Verlängerung vorgesehen. Die Tätigkeit ist an den Projektstandorten in Bremen, Lehrte, Hannover und Hamburg zu verrichten. Auch einzelne Besuche auf die Baustellen können erforderlich sein. Im Multiterminal-Hub-Projekt des Auftraggebers soll das Qualitätsmanagement aufgebaut, geprüft, erweitert und umgesetzt werden.

Aufgaben können hierbei sein:

  • Prozesslandschaften erstellen, implementieren und weiterentwickeln (inkl. BPMN‑2.0‑Modellierung)
  • Qualitätsrelevante Dokumente und Vorgaben erstellen, prüfen und deren Einhaltung sicherstellen (z. B. ITP, QCP, Quality Gates)
  • Mangelbearbeitung (NCR) durchführen sowie Maßnahmen systematisch verfolgen und steuern
  • Lessons Learned und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse (KVP) projekt‑, programm‑ und portfolioweit aufbauen und pflegen
  • Sicherstellen, dass relevante Vorgaben und Dokumente im Team bekannt sind und angewendet werden (SharePoint‑Pflege)
  • Qualitätssicherung von Lieferergebnissen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Abstimmung qualitätsbezogener Prozesse und Vorgabedokumente im Projekt bzw. Programm

Anforderungen & deine Expertise

  • mehr als 3 Jahre nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Qualitätsmanager/in in Bauprojekten oder in der Bauausführung
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens Level C1 & Englischkenntnisse mindestens Level B2
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Tool-Erfahrungen: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, MS Teams, Visio, Think Project tpCDE
