Du vil blive en del af enten HR People Strategy, Global Communication, Global Employer Branding og Global Early Careers, Global Technology & Process Mgmt, Workplace Sustainability eller Finance Group Risk. Sammen med dine kolleger vil du få mulighed for at arbejde med administrative opgaver indenfor områder som HR, projekter pg planlægning, intern og ekstern kommunikation, planlægning og promovering af Ørsted, samt Finance Group Risk. I vores afdelinger er vi forskellige typer kolleger med stor kompetence inden for vores område. Vi arbejder sammen, deler viden, og hjælper hinanden med at opnå vores individuelle mål. I jobbet vil du

  • yde daglig administrativ support til afdelingen og forretningen, ofte i samarbejde med afdelingens EA og kollegaer
  • varetage administrative opgaver inden for dokumenthåndtering, og diverse projekter inden for fx projekt udvikling og samarbejde med eksterne leverandører
  • håndtere mødebookning, mødereferater rejsebestillinger, rejseafregninger og kalenderplanlægning
  • Opdatere og vedligeholdelse af kommunikationssider, platforme og afdelingsmapper
  • koordinere forskellige typer teamarrangementer og kursusaktiviteter
  • varetage kommunikationen med dine samarbejdspartnere og udarbejde præsentationer og andet skriftligt kommunikationsmateriale
  • assistere i faste samarbejder med andre teams i Ørsted.
