You'll be part of the Danish Tax Compliance and Reporting Team, located in Gentofte where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure high-quality tax compliance and reporting for Ørsted's Danish entities. The Global Tax Compliance and Reporting Team consists of 19 dedicated professionals located around the globe, responsible for tax compliance and reporting, working closely with colleagues across Ørsted's global tax function. Our expertise spans compliance, advisory, and process optimization, supporting Ørsted's growth in Denmark and beyond.

As a team, we foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, embracing diverse perspectives and supporting each other to achieve our shared goals with integrity and enthusiasm.

You'll play an important role in

  • staying current with Danish tax legislation and proactively communicate relevant changes to the team
  • collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize tax processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • managing tax audits and inquiries from Danish tax authorities, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal policies
  • coordinating and preparing Danish corporate income tax filings and related documentation
  • contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting cycles for Danish entities.

To succeed in the role, you

  • demonstrate a strong understanding of Danish corporate tax compliance and tax accounting
