We are now seeking a skilled and ambitious DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You will help design, build and evolve the internal platform that powers our cloud-native applications and services.

This role focuses on enabling product teams through standardized, scalable infrastructure and continuous delivery patterns rooted in GitOps and Kubernetes-first principles.

What you will be doing to make a difference

  • Platform Engineering: contribute to the design and maintenance of internal developer platform capabilities using tools like Crossplane, Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Infrastructure as Code: implement reusable, composable infrastructure modules that support scalable, multi-environment provisioning.
  • GitOps Enablement: support and evolve our GitOps SDLC using Flux, Kustomize, and GitHub Actions, ensuring consistency across tenants and environments.
  • Developer Enablement: build and maintain self-service patterns and automation for environment and tenant bootstrapping.
  • CI/CD Standardization: improve and extend continuous delivery pipelines aligned with internal platform conventions.
  • Observability & Operations: contribute to standard patterns for logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and incident response.
  • Collaboration: partner with product teams, security, and cloud architects to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and compliance.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years in DevOps, SRE or Platform roles with production-grade Kubernetes experience.
  • Proficient in Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions and GitOps tooling.
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure declaratively, especially with Terraform or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of GitOps workflows, including environment and tenant separation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure infrastructure (e.g., AKS, Key Vault, PostgreSQL, Networking).
  • Experience building internal platforms and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures and platform-as-a-product thinking.
  • Experience implementing platform templates and bootstrapping automation.
  • Knowledge of platform governance, policy-as-code and security best practices.
  • Proficiency with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
